Carbon Copy builds one client record and pastes it into whichever carrier's quote form is open. That record can start from the AMS, but it doesn't have to: point Super Copy at any open page — a carrier portal, a prior quote tool, a PDF rendered in the browser — and it reads the form fields directly, or, when a page is more display than form, feeds the visible text through the same AI extraction used for an uploaded document. Everything it finds merges into one record, which Super Paste then writes wherever it's needed. No raw value leaves the browser as it travels between the two.
Super Copy doesn't only pull from the AMS. Point it at any open page — a carrier portal, a prior quote tool, a PDF rendered in the browser — and it reads the form fields directly, or, when a page is more display than form, feeds the visible text through the same AI extraction used for an uploaded document. Everything it finds merges additively into one record per client. Super Paste then writes that record into a new form, matching fields by a reusable signature — the same "Date of Birth" signature works on every carrier — instead of a hand-built map per site.
The extension authenticates the person against Entra and talks to a shim that holds the AMS credentials — it never sees them itself. Field matching runs client-side against the already- loaded record, and only the signature-to-field mapping is ever sent back, never the values themselves.
Self-hosted and pushed to managed Windows and macOS devices through Intune, because an extension with broad host permissions can sit in Chrome Web Store review for days — and a bad field mapping can't wait on someone else's queue. An admin dashboard tracks per-site accuracy, flags mappings that need a human look, and shows which sites are actually being visited.
An internal browser extension for YourPolicy agents, distributed to managed devices only. Carrier coverage grows site by site as new field signatures are confirmed.
