A manager approving a time-off request can only see their own reports — not who else across the agency is already out that week. Rollcall answers that: it sweeps UKG Ready on a schedule into its own database, since UKG rate-limits too hard to query live, and serves a calendar or a per-person grid instantly, grouped by office, agency, department, region, or manager.
UKG Ready is the source of truth but rate-limits hard, so Rollcall never hits it on page load. A background sweep pulls a rolling window of time-off requests into Postgres and upserts by UKG id, so re-running a window is a no-op and nothing can duplicate.
A month calendar for a quick look, or a per-person grid grouped by office, agency, department, region, or manager for a deeper one — company holidays shaded on both, and a part-day request shown exactly where it falls in the day rather than as a full-day block.
Every view is gated by company sign-in and written to an audit log. By design, the category of a time-off request never reaches the page — sick leave, FMLA, and bereavement all just read "out." Dates and coverage are enough for the decision a manager is actually making.
An internal tool for YourPolicy managers. Time-off dates and coverage are visible across departments; what kind of leave it is stays private by default.
